One family, one workshop, since 1990.

Geoff took the business on in 1990 and ran it for more than three decades. It has grown since on repeat work and referral rather than advertising, which is the only endorsement that counts in this trade.

His son Steve runs it now and is the one on site with the crew. Geoff is still behind him when a job needs a second opinion — which, after that many years, is worth having.

His son Steve now co-owns and runs the company with him, alongside a crew who have worked together for years. The method hasn't changed: assess the site properly, specify equipment that suits it, install to standard, and stand behind the work afterwards.

Homes, offices and commercial premises. Samsung and Alliance mainly, though we service and repair whatever is already on your wall.Geoff & Steve

What we do

Design, installation, servicing and repair of air conditioning for homes, offices and commercial premises across East London and the surrounding areas. Samsung and Alliance mainly, though we service and repair any make.

01

Installation

Site assessment and capacity sizing, system specification, installation and commissioning. Samsung and Alliance split, multi-split and ducted systems for homes, offices and commercial premises — sized to the space rather than to the invoice.

Our installation process

02

Service & maintenance

Scheduled servicing, filter and coil cleaning, gas pressure checks and performance testing. Regular servicing maintains rated efficiency, catches faults early, and is a condition of most manufacturer warranties.

03

Repairs & spares

Fault diagnosis and repair on any make, whoever fitted it. Poor cooling, unusual noise, water ingress or a unit that won't start — we find the cause before we quote the fix.

Common questions

How long does an installation take?

A straightforward domestic split unit is usually a single day's work. Multi-split, ducted and commercial installations depend on the run length, the electrical work required and access to the site. We confirm the expected duration in writing with your quotation, and commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours.

What warranty do I get?

The standard manufacturer's product warranty applies to the equipment we supply. The terms and period come from the manufacturer and vary by make and model — we hand you the paperwork on completion and tell you plainly what would void it. Keeping up the annual service is usually one of the conditions.

How often should a unit be serviced?

Once a year for domestic units, ideally ahead of summer. Units in shops, offices or anywhere running most of the working day are better serviced twice a year. Beyond keeping the unit efficient, regular servicing is a condition of most manufacturer warranties — skip it and you may find a later claim refused.

Do you do after-hours call-outs?

No — we work 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Ring us on 082 960 0759 and we will get to you as soon as we can in the next working slot. If it is urgent, say so when you call and we will do what we can to move things around.

Do you work on commercial systems?

Yes. Offices, retail, warehousing and multi-unit premises, including ducted systems and zoned control. Give us a ring and describe your setup and we will advise on the right approach.

Which brands do you work on?

We mainly supply and install Samsung and Alliance. For servicing and repairs it does not matter what make you have or who fitted it — we work on all of them.

How far do you travel?

East London and the surrounding areas. Quotes are free in town; if you are further out, mention where you are when you call and we will tell you upfront whether a call-out charge applies.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are set out on your quotation and agreed before work begins. For larger projects we confirm the schedule in writing in advance.
